Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, products must be:

  • unused/uninstalled
  • in the same condition as delivered
  • in original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at contact@apexautosports.co before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

All approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Unless the item arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable. Apex Autosports is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, unless the shipment label is issued by Apex Autosports.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can assist.

Professional installation is recommended for all Apex Autosports products. We do not cover:

  • damage caused during installation
  • damage to the vehicle
  • parts that break, fall off, or become damaged after installation
  • issues caused by improper handling or misuse

You must document any visible shipping damage directly with the carrier upon delivery. 

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are issued upon approval and may take up to 5 business days to be reflected in your original payment method. In regard to warranty refunds, after your item is inspected and if approved, your refund will be issues. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. 


Warranty Policy

Apex Autosports provides a one-year limited warranty on all products beginning on the original date of purchase, unless otherwise noted for a specific item.

What Our Warranty Covers

Our limited warranty applies to defects that occur under normal, intended use, including:

  • faults/defects in manufacturing or materials
  • structural components that fail or break during standard use

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not apply to damage or issues resulting from:

  • improper installation, user error, or negligent handling
  • cosmetic ageing or fading due to weathering or use
  • misuse, unauthorised modifications, or unintended application
  • loss or theft

Warranty Resolution

If your product is deemed eligible under our warranty, Apex Autosports will issue either:

  • a replacement item, or
  • a refund for the product’s purchase price

To begin a claim, contact contact@apexautosports.co with the following:

  • order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a brief explanation of the problem

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for:

  • all return shipping costs
  • handling and processing fees
  • any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by their country
